Dragon Mines is a winner in The Lady and the Tiger contest by Jellybean Games and was runner up for the grand prize of best overall game.

As the head of a small mining operation, you know that resources are limited and valuable. Hiring and sending the wrong worker to a mine that’s already been stripped by your competitor could be costly. On the other hand, sending inadequate workers to your competitor could give you the upper hand.

You’ve also got powerful dragons helping with the operation, but they’re rather picky about where they’ll work—those beasts!

Manage your workforce well in order to take control of the most mines before your opponent does, or find yourself scraping up the leftovers.

Dragon Mines is an area control game played between two players, both vying to gain complete control over a majority of mines.

During the game, you'll play a card to either your side or your opponents side of the mine. The value of cards is based on their location. whether they match the location and some cards can move others around.

Once either all cards have been played or a mine is filled, all mines are scored with gems going to the player who has the highest score on each mine.

If you take the most gems at a mine, you gain permanent control. Once you control a majority of mines or two adjacent mines, you win.
